Data driven services with detailed analysis, helping to take your training & nutrition to new levels!

WHAT CAN I GET
FROM IT?

You'll be able to assess your aerobic capacity, know your individual training zones, highlight performance limitations, get precise guidance on daily calorie intake for your goals, predict your risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, know your fuel utilisation at rest and at different exercise intensities and much more!

RESTING METABOLIC RATE

The Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test is designed to measure the intake and output of oxygen in your breath while at rest. This will tell you precisely how much energy you are actually consuming, without relying on models or averages.

This will give you accurate guidance on how many calories you should be eating in order to maintain, increase or lose weight depending on your goals and needs.

Every major bodily function, from breathing to brain function, involves the metabolism.

Your age, gender, muscle mass and activity levels all affect your RMR. RMR is responsible for up to 70% of your total energy expenditure.

The test involves lying down in a rested state while breathing normally for 10 minutes with a mask covering your nose and mouth connected to our device.

Once the test is complete, we will be able to discuss initial feedback from the test, with a full individualised report sent to you within 24 hours!

vo2 max testing

VO2 Max is a measure of the maximum (Max) volume (V) of oxygen (O2) which your body can process when you are exercising at the limits of your ability.

The higher the amount of oxygen you can process, the fitter you are, and the better adapted to cardiovascular training.

VO2 Max testing is the absolute gold standard measurement in endurance performance and can be defined as the amount of oxygen you can utilise during exercise. This has strong correlations to aerobic health and is one of the best predictors of developing cardiovascular disease.

With this test you are able to see fuel utilisation across different exercise intensities. This enables you to accurately gauge when you use predominately fats or carbohydrates as a fuel source, and exactly how many calories you burn at a given intensity. This will allow us to advise you of the most accurate training zones for you!
